Microsoft 365 has some really great features. Google Workspace fell behind because it lacked email and calendar tools, but Microsoft jumps right back in with ample OneDrive cloud storage for subscribers. The Personal plan includes 1 TB of OneDrive file storage (shared among Outlook, Word, and Excel) for starters. The Family plan ups the ante with up to 6 TB of storage space (1TB per person).

OneDrive lets you generate password-protected links to share with your friends, family, and colleagues. It also has built-in ransomware detection and a personal vault for storing important documents. Plus, thanks to a new partnership between Microsoft and Samsung, OneDrive will be integrated with the default gallery app on Galaxy devices.

Google Workspace Individual offers 1 TB of Google Drive storage, which is integrated on Android and ChromeOS. You can organize your backup folders for all your devices, making it easy for automatic backups. You can also use Google Drive’s storage to upload high-quality photos and videos to the Google Photos service.
