AI-based applications make handling large data sets and unorganized content easier than ever. Microsoft has just announced a new set of products that will be the best they’ve ever been when it comes to conducting analysis and organizing data, which means your organization can reduce costs by leveraging smart technology like this.

Seth Patton, General Manager of Microsoft 365 explained that Syntex automates the reading, tagging, indexing, and maintenance for a high volume of content including search, applications, and reusable knowledge. With robust analytics from the beginning to the end of its lifecycle, these advantages give you the digital knowledge your business needs to keep on the move.

Microsoft Syntex Brings New AI-Powered Tools to Manage Its Content

Microsoft Syntex has more than 300 types of content and 11 core capabilities. The enhance tool helps content improve so that people can understand, and it also offers a content assembly feature that enables the creation of automatic documents based on your metadata.

Microsoft’s Syntex connects to the web through AI-powered search capabilities. Users can find and reuse content, process documents, and create summaries for a more quick and efficient experience. Other capabilities include E-signature, search, annotation, content rules processor, and accelerators & templates.

Despite the roll-out being recent, we expect more services to be added in early of 2023. Microsoft plans on introducing a consumption model for Syntex so that users can scale up the service as needed.

Recently, Microsoft released Planner and Project updates that make it easy to create to-do lists, schedule time with your team, manage meetings and tasks and more. They’re all easy to use and set up when linking your work email and your calendar with Microsoft.

Microsoft has a lot of updates in the works for Microsoft Planner and Microsoft Project in late August. One of the latest releases is to bring Viva Goals integration, allowing team managers to view tasks on their assigned list in one of their other apps.

Microsoft Project is getting a new “Sprints” feature, which makes it easier for users to plan their backlog of tasks. Now you can add start-finish, start-start, finish-finish, and lead and lag options to help manage your tasks easier. Finally, Project for the web now supports up to 1,000 tasks. This information can be found in the official blog post.
