You can now use Snapchat for Windows 10 and 11 PCs with the Progressive Web Application (PWA) app, which will rely on Snapchat’s web app that was released a few weeks ago. It’ll be powered by Microsoft’s Chromium-based Microsoft Edge.

To accommodate best practices and technology standards, this app has a 1.4 MB installation size and will have the same features as the web version, since it is also a native app.

The app is designed for the Windows 10 experience, and will work seamlessly with Microsoft Edge. It has been optimized with a Start menu icon, plus it will include notification support.

You can find the Snapchat PWA for free on the Microsoft Store.

In order for the platform to be more reliable and up to date, it has introduced several new features including “Custom Story Expiration” that allow premium Snapchat and Snapchat Plus users to control when their stories expire. Other than this, an additional feature launches allowing Snapchat and Snaphappy users to set Snaps that can expire after one hour or one week.
