Teams is a commonly misunderstood setting that can be difficult to use. Many people don’t understand how it works and simply leave it unchecked, so others can’t share or co-author their docs.
We’ve designed your Teams experience to make it easy to get your productivity back on track.
SharePoint gives you control over your online presence. It’s a hub for your work, so you get to decide who has access to what. There are tools and settings available to help streamline your workflow, including the ability to share files, viewing options, co-authoring documents or conversations, shortcuts, and more!
With onboarding, you’ll be guided through what it’s like to share files with your team. Along the way your shared drives, home drives, file attachments, and other limitations will be explained so you know what to expect. Plus, we’ve got an L-t-d plan for the long run!
