Undo Send in Outlook for the Web
You can immediately cancel the sending of an email in Outlook for the web by clicking on a button. You’ll have up to 10 seconds to cancel the notification, just make sure you set it up first!
When you run into a mailing list problem, it’s important to act quickly as your conversion rate will be decreased. If you need help undoing a list send, just follow our quick three steps to fix the issue with ease.
First, click the Gear icon (the Settings icon) from your Outlook. Then, scroll to the bottom of the sidebar that opens up and select “View All Outlook Settings.”
Click the icon in the sidebar to view each of your Outlook settings.
The Settings window pops open automatically when you open the mail application. To compose and reply to a message, click on “Compose and Reply” on the far right hand side of the screen; or if you need to change account settings that’s also in the email application.

You can undo send settings for the time period

With the Outlook for the Web app, you can write an email and send it quickly and easily. A brief message will appear at the bottom once your email is sent.
The email settings allow you to decide up to how long your email will be available for recipients to undo. They’ll have one hour by default, but this can go as low as 1 minute.
Undo message
You’ll then see the email as a draft. From there you can edit or delete it per your preference.
When you’re done editing a draft in your favorite email editor and want to share it with clients or co-workers, you’ll be able to quickly export that edited draft as a .CSV file.
The Refresh action can be found under the File menu.
Sharing emails is a challenging process, and it’s all too easy to inadvertently hit the wrong send button. Comparing what you wanted your email to be with what your email actually looked like after sending can be daunting. However, Outlook offers a recall feature rather than just an undo send option which makes this process much easier.
