Follow these instructions to open the emoji selection panel. On a PC, press Windows + period to bring up the panel; on a Mac, use Control + command + space.

If you want to include an emoji from online, use Insert. Type in “emoji” or just browse some of the images below. And that’s it! Now click Insert and select the emoji from a popup menu.
Here’s a way to insert emoji in Outlook for mobile
- Open the Outlook app and compose a new email.
