How to insert emoji in Outlook messages and make your emails more expressive

With Outlook, you can insert emojis in both the desktop and mobile apps.

To insert emojis in an email on Outlook’s desktop version, use the following keyboard shortcut method: ALT+F10

When you use the same keyboard on your computer to type on Outlook, you’ll be able to insert emoji using the preloaded keyboard.

Emojis are a great way to make your messages more personal, and they’re also very versatile. They often find their way into social media as an integral part of digital correspondence.

If you want to include an emoji from online, use Insert. Type in “emoji” or just browse some of the images below. And that’s it! Now click Insert and select the emoji from a popup menu.

Here’s a way to insert emoji in Outlook for mobile
